摘　　要：随着"高校实训"走入校园,学校日常教学管理与大学生项目实训之间的诸多矛盾日益突出。以"双优人才"培养项目为成功实践的案例,从培养目标、教学计划和教学管理等几个方面论述了解决问题的关键和方法策略,为地方工科院校支持大学生实训的教学改革提供了宝贵经验。With the ＂College Training ＂going into the campus,many contradictions between the school teaching day-to-day and practical training of university students have become increasingly conspicuous.In this paper,the ＂Double U talent training＂project for the successful implementation of the case,we discussed the critical and problem-solving methods and strategies from perspective of the training objective,teaching plans and teaching management,and provided a valuable experience for local engineering colleges to support college studuents training.
