摘　　要：目的探讨凋亡相关基因survivin在NSCLC中的表达及其与p53的关系。方法选取52例NSCLC患者组织。检测survivin及p53蛋白的表达。结果正常肺组织中survivin的阳性表达率为0.00%,NSCLC中表达率为65.39%;survivin在p53阳性表达组和阴性表达组中的表达率分别为80%和35.29%,二者比较差异有统计学意义。结论 survivin过度表达提示NSCLC预后不良;p53的失活和survivin的过度表达可能在NSCLC癌变中起协同作用。Objective To investigate the expression of survivin and its correlation with p53 in non-small cell lung cancer.Methods Fifty-two cases of non-small cell lung cancer and 10 cases of normal lung specimens were detected the expressions of survivin and p53 with immunohistochemical analysis.Results The positive expression rates of survivin were 0 and 65.39% respectively in normal lung and non-small cell lung cancer tissues,which showed a significant difference between the 2 groups.The positive rate of survivin expression was significantly higher in positive p53 group than that in negative p53 group（80% vs 35.29%）,which sowed a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The over-expression of survivin indicates the poor prognosis of non-small cell lung cancer.The over-expression of survivin and deactivation of antioncogene p53 might play synergetic roles in the carcinogenesis of non-small cell lung cancer.
