摘　　要：目的:评价EGFR过表达与中国胃癌患者临床病理学参数间的相关性及其临床意义.方法:采用EliVisionTM plus免疫组织化学染色方法检测775例胃腺癌标本中EGFR蛋白的表达.结果:EGFR在胃癌组织中阳性表达率为17.03%(132/775);EGFR蛋白表达与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤部位、TNM分期及远处转移无相关性(P>0.05);而与肿瘤浸润深度、组织学类型、分化程度、淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05);经多因素分析,肿瘤浸润深度、组织学类型、分化程度、淋巴结转移均会影响EGFR的表达(P<0.05).结论:EGFR检测可以作为评估胃癌恶性生物学行为及预后的指标,并为靶向治疗提供理论依据.AIM：To investigate the correlation between epidermal growth factor receptor（EGFR）protein expression and clinicopathological parameters in patients with gastric cancer.METHODS：The expression of EGFR protein in 775 gastric adenocarcinoma specimens was examined by immunohistochemistry using the EliVision TM plus kit.RESULTS：The positive rate of EGFR protein overexpression in gastric adenocarcinoma was 17.03%（132/775）.EGFR protein overexpression is associated with tumor invasion depth,histotype,differentiation,and lymph node metastasis（all P0.05）,but not with sex,age,tumor site,TNM stage,and distant metastasis（all P0.05）.Multivariate analysis demonstrated that tumor invasion depth,histotype,differentiation,and lymph node metastasis were significant predictors of EGFR protein overexpression in gastric cancer（all P0.05）.CONCLUSION：Detection of EGFR protein expression can be used to assess the malignant biological behavior and prognosis of gastric cancer and therefore provides a theoretical target for therapy of gastric cancer.
