济宁医学院附属医院预约挂号的实施与思考

摘　　要：传统人工挂号的排队时间长,已经成为社会大众对医院产生不满意的主要因素之一,而预约挂号模式则是其有效解决的方法之一。本文立足于济宁医学院附属医院的预约挂号实施情况,介绍了医院实施预约挂号的模式选择,同时分析了附院在预约挂号中出现的问题,并提出相应的对策建议。In the traditionally personal registration,patients need queue for a long time,so that they are strongly dissatisfied with the hospital medical services.The appointment registration model is one of the effective solutions.Based on the appointed registration performance in the hospital affiliated with Jining Medical College,this article introduced the model choice of appointment registration,analyzed the existing problems in appointment registration,and put forwards some countermeasures concerned with these issues.
