利培酮口服液与国产奥氮平治疗酒精所致精神障碍的对照研究

摘　　要：目的验证利培酮口服液对于酒精所致精神障碍的疗效和安全性。方法将69例酒精所致精神障碍患者随机分为利培酮口服液组和国产奥氮平组,观察两组4周治疗后PANSS总分及各因子分和副反应量表(TESS)的变化。结果利培酮口服液与国产奥氮平对酒精所致精神障碍患者的治疗均有明显疗效,统计学上无显著性差异(P>0.05),利培酮口服液组锥体外系不良反应明显高于国产奥氮平组(P<0.05)。结论利培酮口服液治疗酒精所致精神障碍疗效和安全性是可靠的,其与国产奥氮平相比无明显的差异。Objective To verify the effect and safety of risperidone oral solution on alcohol-induced,mental disorder.Methods 69 patients with alcohol-induced mental disorder were randomly divided into risperidone oral solution group and olanzapine group which were observed 4 weeks after treatment,PANSS total and factor scores and adverse Scale （TESS） of the change.Results Risperidone oral solution and made olanzapine in patients with mental disorders due to alcohol were significant effects of treatment,no statistically significant difference （P 0.05）,risperidone oral liquid group of extrapyramidal side effects significantly higher than domestic olanzapine group （P 0.05）.Conclusion Risperidone oral solution in treating mental disorders due to alcohol efficacy and safety is reliable,its domestic olanzapine is no significant difference.
