摘　　要：复杂牙由于位置异常、紧邻重要的解剖结构等,使得拔除难度较高,易并发不良反应,其拔除术一直是口腔颌面外科临床医生关注和需要解决的难题之一。在复杂牙拔除术中,现代外科技术的良好运用是操作顺利与否、不良反应多寡的关键。本文就复杂牙的定位技术、镇静镇痛技术、微创技术、纤维内窥镜技术、牵引技术以及超声骨刀技术在复杂牙拔除术中的应用进行简要论述。With the characteristics of abnormal position and being adjacent to important anatomical structure, the extraction of complicated tooth has been a problem for the oral and maxillofacial surgeons. The good use of surgical techniques is the key to the smooth operation with no complication. This article would like to make a review on the clinical application of location technique, analgesic and sendative technique, minimally invasive surgery, microendoscopic examination, distraction technique and ultrasonic scalpel in the extraction of complicated tooth.
