腹膜透析患者自我管理行为及相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解目前国内腹膜透析（PD）患者自我管理行为的状况，探讨影响腹膜透析患者自我管理行为的相关因素，为进一步提高腹膜透析患者自我管理行为提供依据。方法对151例腹膜透析患者的自我管理行为、腹膜透析相关知识、自我效能和社会支持等方面进行问卷调查，并对可能影响患者自我管理行为的因素进行单因素和多因素分析。结果从总体水平分析，腹膜透析患者自我管理行为处于中等水平：总体自我管理行为的得分为（6．51±1．12）分（满分10分）。其中自我管理行为达到良好（I〉8分）的例数占9．9％，中等者（6～8分）占57．O％，差者（〈6分）占33．1％；单因素分析显示，年龄、透析时间、腹膜透析相关知识、自我效能和社会支持与患者自我管理行为均呈正相关；多元回归分析显示，患者人口社会学资料包括年龄、透析时间、腹膜透析的相关知识、自我效能及社会支持等对自我管理行为均有不同程度的影响。结论腹膜透析患者的自我管理行为有待进一步提高。影响其自我管理行为的相关因素涉及人口社会学因素（包括年龄、透析时间）、腹膜透析的相关知识、自我效能、社会支持等。Objective To find out the status of self-management behaviors of peritoneal dialysis （PD） patients, to explore factors that influencing these behaviors and provide basis for improving self-management behaviors in PD patients. Methods 151 patients were involved in this research. A questionnaire was used to investigate the current state of self-management behaviors, PD related knowledge, self-efficacy and social support among PD patients. Correlative and regression analysis were used to study the factors that influenced patients＇ self-management behaviors. Results In general, the score of self-management behaviors of PD patients was （6.51 ± 1.12）, which was on the moderate level. Score of 9.9% PD patients＇ self-management behavior was good and 57.0% was moderate while 33. 1% was worst. Correlative analysis showed that age, time, PD-related knowledge, self-efficacy and social support were positively correlated with self-management behavior. Multiple regression results showed factors influencing self-management behavior, including demographic sociology factors such as age and time of PD, PD related knowledge, self-efficacy, social support et al. Conclusions The level of self-management behavior of PD patients is generally low. Factors associated with self-management behavior include demographic sociology factor such as age and time, PD related-knowledge, self-efficacy, social support and so on.
