摘 要:为了使山核桃易于手工剥壳和食用方便,设计了6HS-6型山核桃破壳机,对其破壳性能进行了实验研究。通过单因素实验,确定了山核桃主滚筒转速、扭簧力和敲击臂与主滚筒间隙的适宜工作参数范围;通过3因素5水平二次回归正交实验,建立了各实验指标与实验因素间的回归数学模型,并利用多目标非线性优化方法,确定了山核桃破壳机最佳工作参数。实验结果表明:根据山核桃的大小和破壳前的含水率,选择最佳的破壳机主滚筒转速、扭簧力和敲击臂与滚筒间隙,可以提高山核桃破壳机的破壳效率,保证山核桃破壳质量。6HS-6 type walnut shell cracking equipment was designed to improve shell rind and eating convenience of walnut.Its shell cracking experiment was conducted.Through the single factor experiment,the proper working ranges of rotating velocity of roller,spring force and clearance between acting arm and roller were set up.By using the twice regression orthogonal experimental method with three factors and five levels,the regression mathematical models about experimental indices and factors were established.At last, the optimal combination of the parameters for walnut shell cracking was obtained through nonlinear optimization method with many targets. Experimental results showed that according to dimensions and water content of walnuts ,optimal rotating velocity of roller, spring force and distance between acting arm and roller were selected to improve the shell cracking productivity and the quality of processed walnut.
