摘　　要：阐述了上海市电力公司为适应可持续发展目标而建立的资产全寿命周期管理体系的实施背景。详细介绍了以资产为核心、各阶段互相衔接、全过程管理闭环贯通的工作体系,实现了资产策略与各阶段业务互动、建立了全方位整合的信息系统支撑及数据保障。分别介绍了相关技术及管理经验,主要包括资产策略及绩效评估、规划计划、采购招标、工程建设、运维检修、退役处置以及支持这些流程信息闭环贯通的信息系统建设等七个方面内容及实施效果。The background to implement the asset life cycle management system was established to meet the goal of sustainable development in Shanghai Municipal Electric Power Company.The work system,being asset-focused,being joined with various stages,and having the whole process management and closed-loop through,was elaborated in detail.The asset strategy and interaction of various stages were realized,and full-range integrated information system support and data protection was established.Associated technology and management experience,including asset strategy and performance evaluation,asset planning and investment planning,bidding and procurement,construction,operation and maintenance,disposal,were proposed,as well as associated IT systems for supporting these processes of 7 aspects.The results of implementation were also introduced.
