摘  要:IEC 61850标准通过特定通信服务映射(SCSM)规范模拟采样值(SAV)在变电站过程层与间隔层间的通信,并定义了两种SCSM:基于IEC 61850-9-1标准的单向多路点对点特定服务映射和基于IEC 61850-9-2标准的过程总线特定服务映射。从采样值的通信协议栈、服务映射和工程应用的角度详细比较分析了以上两种标准,并为解决以上两种标准在可行性与灵活性间的矛盾,结合IEC61850-9-2LE标准给出了一种面向间隔功能、通过预配置采样值控制块实现采样值传输模型灵活定义的映射方案,可实现采样值数据通道面向工程实际灵活配置,同时避免了制造报文规范(MMS)映射的实现困难。The communication of sampled analogue values(SAV) between process layer and bay layer in substation was defined by the specific communication service mapping(SCSM) of IEC 61580 standard and two types of SCSM were defined:unidirectional multi-loop point to point specific service mapping based on IEC 61850-9-1 standard and process bus specific service mapping based on IEC 61850-9-2 standard.The above two standards were compared and analyzed in detail from the points of the communication stack of sampled value,service mapping and engineering application.And to solve the contradiction of feasibility and flexibility between the two standards above,a mapping scheme facing on interval functions and realizing the flexible definition of sampled value transmission model by pre-configuring sampled value control block was proposed in combination of IEC 61850-9-2LE standard,which could realize flexible configuration of sampled value data channel facing engineering practice and simultaneously avoid the realization difficulties of the manufacturing message specification(MMS).
