摘 要:根据电厂建设项目的特点,制订了电厂建设项目经济效益后评价的基本程序,构建了项目成功度后评价指标体系,并确定了标准值;提出了运用模糊神经网络对电厂建设项目成功度后评价的方法,采用相对隶属度对成功度指标值及评价标准进行模糊处理,并通过BP神经网络进行评价,以提高结果的精确度。通过对湖南湘潭电厂二期扩建工程的经济效益进行后评价,结果证实了该评价方法的合理性与准确性。According to the characteristics of power plant construction projects,a basic procedure of post-evaluation of economic benefit for a power plant construction project was designed.The indicator system of the project success degree post-evaluation was conducted and standard values were determined.Besides,the method using fuzzy neural network for the post-evaluation of the success degree of power plant construction project was proposed,and more accurate evaluation results could be obtained through making the success degree indicator values and the evaluation criteria fuzzy with relative membership degree and using the BP neural network to evaluate these indicators.The proposed model was applied to evaluate the economic benefits of the second expansion project of Hunan Xiangtan power plant.The results proved that this method was reasonable and accurate.
