摘　　要：综述了近年来生物样品中3-硝基酪氨酸的测定方法,主要涉及气相色谱法、高效液相色谱法及色谱-质谱联用方法的应用,并对此领域的发展提出了展望(引用文献38篇)。A review on the recent progress of methods for determination of 3-nitrotyrosine in biological samples,including GC,HPLC,and hyphenation of chromatography and MS in recent years,was presented.Future prospection on this field,were also given.（38 ref.cited）.
