摘  要:目的:优化超声波-酶法提取菊花中总黄酮的工艺。方法:考察不同的影响因素,采用L9(34)正交设计优化提取工艺。以芦丁为对照品,以紫外分光光度计分析其提取率。结果:乙醇浓度具有显著性影响,超声波-酶法提取杭菊中总黄酮最佳条件为乙醇浓度为70%,酶添加量为0.4%,在55℃下酶解超声60+20min,其总黄酮得率为6.40%。结论:本工艺简单可行、高效快速,得率比酶解法提高了19.9%。Objective:To obtain the optimum operation conditions for extraction of total flavonoids from chrysanthemum with Ultrasonic Wave-Cellulase.Methods:Investigated the influencing factors,with L9(3^4) orthogonal design optimized extraction process.Results:The alcohol concentration is the best effect factor and it has significant impact.The results show that optimum conditions are that alcohol concentration was 70%,the amount of cellulose was 0.4%,enzymolysis temperature was 55?欥nzymolysis-ultrasonic time was 60 and 20min.Flavones yield was 6.40%.Conclusion:The technological process is simple,steady and effective.Comparing with extraction ratio of enzymatic method,it increases 19.85%.
