摘 要:目的 探讨影响无抽搐电休克治疗抽搐发作时间的相关因素,并建立发作时间模型.方法 对46例住院患者进行无抽搐电休克治疗,并记录患者性别,年龄,每次MECT治疗时的体重,全程治疗时间、通电量、麻醉量、抽搐发作时间以及操作者编码.结果 抽搐发作时间在不同性别、诊断及操作者之间差异无显著性,而与年龄、电量及麻醉量呈弱的负相关,与治疗总次数、全程治疗时间呈弱的正相关,与体重无关,且电量和全程治疗时间对抽搐发作时间影响最大.结论 电量和全程治疗时间是影响抽搐发作时间两个重要相关因素,治疗中选定合适的电量和全程治疗时间,可获得较满意的抽搐发作时间.Objective to explore the factors affecting the convulsion shock time and establish the model of it under modified electrical shock therapy (MECT). Methods forty--six patients who received MECT were included. Patients' information, sex,ages,weights, the time for completing MECT treatment, charge values, anaesthetic doses, convulsion shock time and the operator codes during every treatment was recorded. Results No statistically significant difference was found about in association of convulsion shock time to sex, body weight, diagnosis, and operators. It is evident that convulsion shock time had a weak negative correlation with ages,charge values and anaesthetic doses, and a weak positive correlation with the total numbers of treatment and the time for completing MECT treatment. Among above correlation factors, charge values and the time for completion of MECT treatment were the biggest contribution. Conclusions Charge values and the time for completing MECT treatment were the two important correlation factors for convulsion shock time in the MECT treatment. Designing the appropriate charge values and the time for completing MECT treatment is critical for obtaining satisfactory therapeutic results with convulsion shock.
