摘  要:目的 探讨大学生学习压力现状及其与学习倦怠的关系.方法 对347例大学生进行施测,运用SPSS 11.0 for windows XP对所得数据进行分析处理.结果 (1)大学生学习压力由强到弱的三个雏度依次是:学习前景压力、学业竞争压力、学习成效压力、课业负担压力、家庭期望压力、学习气氛压力和学习条件压力;(2)学习前景压力、学业竞争压力、学习成效压力、课业负担压力、家庭期望压力、学习条件压力与学习倦怠的情绪低落和行为不当两个维度有着显著的正相关,学习成效压力、课业负担压力与成就感低有着显著正相关;(3)学习成效压力、课业负担压力、学习条件压力、学习气氛压力对情绪低落具有预测作用;课业负担压力对行为不当具有正向预测作用;学习成效压力对成就感低具有负向预测作用.结论 大学生的学习压力和学习倦怠存在显著的相关关系,不同学习压力对学习倦怠的三个亚成分具有不同的预测作用.Objective To investigate the relationship between students' learning pressure and burnout. Methods Data were collected from 347 college students and were analyzed by SPSSll. 0 for the windows XP. Results (1) The seven major components of learning pressure in college students in the order from strong to weak is: learning prospect, learning competition, learning efficacy, school work burden, family expectation, academic atmosphere,and learning conditions pressure. (2) Correlation analysis showed significantly positive correlation among emotional exhaustion, behavioral unsuitableness and learning prospect pressure, learning competition pressure, learning efficacy pressure, school work burden pressure, family expectation pressure, learning conditions pressure; and positive correlation between learning efficacy pressure and school work burden pressure, and low personal accomplishment. (3) Learning efficacy pressure, school work burden pressure, academic atmosphere pressure, learning conditions pressure could predict emotional exhaustion; school work burden pressure positively predicted behavioral unsuitableness ; learning efficacy pressure positively predicted low personal accomplishment. Conclusions students' learning pressure is correlated with burnout. Different learning stressors predict different components of burnout.
