星状神经节联合枕大神经阻滞治疗失眠症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察星状神经节阻滞联合枕神经阻滞治疗失眠症的疗效。方法:38例失眠症患者行星状神经节及枕神经阻滞,每日一次,20次为一疗程,采用治疗前后自身对照法。结果:患者入睡时间缩短,睡眠时间延长,精神状态及工作效率有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:星状神经节阻滞联合枕神经阻滞是治疗失眠症的有效方法。Objective：To investigate the effects of stellate ganglion block combined with greater occipital block for insomnia.Methods：Thirty-eight insomniacs were treated with stellate ganglion block combined with greater occipital block （8% lidocaine） once per day for 20 days.The therapeutic effects were compared between before and after therapy.Results：After treatment,the time to fall asleep of patients was shortened,hours of sleep were prolonged,and mental status and work efficiency were also improved obviously.The difference before and after therapy have statistical sense （P0.05）.Conclusion：Stellate ganglion block combined with greater occipital block is an effective method in the treatment of insomnia.
