活血化瘀中药功效网络的构建方法

摘　　要：针对目前大多数中药成分作用靶点不明,难以分析中药功效作用机理的问题,以活血化瘀功效为例,提出基于中药药理作用的功效模块网络构建方法,建立了活血化瘀功效网络。结果表明此方法不但能够在一定程度上为解释中药功效作用机理提供理论依据,而且能够为复杂性疾病的治疗与药物开发提供新的线索,为中药功效网络的构建提供了一条可行的方案。The mechanism of Chinese herbal medicine remains unrevealed because we know little about the interacting targets of its constituents. Taking the function of ＂Activating Blood and Dissolving Stasis＂ （ABDS） as an example, a method to construct a functional network is proposed, and the functional network of ABDS is established. The results indicate that this method can not only establish a theoretical basis for explaining the mechanism of Chinese herbal medicine, but also provides new clues for the clinical treatment of complex diseases and drug development. This method may serve as a practical solution to functional network construction.
