带蒂皮瓣Ⅰ期修复鼻部基底细胞癌切除术后缺损

摘　　要：目的 探讨应用带蒂皮瓣I期修复鼻部基底细胞癌切除术后组织缺损的方法.方法 鼻部基底细胞癌15例,手术完整切除肿瘤.应用鼻唇沟皮瓣修复鼻翼部缺损9例,额部皮瓣修复鼻尖部、鼻背中线、鼻根部缺损6例.结果 15例患者术后伤口I期愈合,皮瓣全部成活.术后随访3个月～5年,患者无瘤生存,鼻外形无明显畸形,前鼻孔宽敞,局部瘢痕不明显.结论 带蒂皮瓣Ⅰ期修复鼻部基底细胞癌切除术后缺损具有皮瓣存活率高、操作简单、瘢痕不明显等优点,美容效果理想.Objective To explore a method for primary repair the defect after the operation of nasal basal cell carcinoma with pedicle skin flap. Methods 15 cases of basal cell carcinoma had been reseeted the tumors completely and repaired ; 9 cases of the defects on nasal alae with naso-labial skin flap, 6 cases of the defects with forehead skin flap. Results All the 15 cases were I wound healing. Skins were all survived. All cases were satisfied with the outline of external nose and non-constriction of anterior naris. After 0.25 to 5 years fol- low-up, there were no relapse and the patients were all surviving. Conclusions Primary repair the defect after the operation of nasal basal cell carcinoma with pedicle skin flap is easy to operate, and can also raise the survival rate.
