摘　　要：上肢淋巴水肿是乳腺癌术后常见而又顽固的并发症，由于手术或放射治疗等损伤了腋窝淋巴管，导致淋巴液川流障碍，造成上肢浅层软组织内淋巴液积聚引起组织水肿。其临床治疗一直是世界性难题，至今尚无根治的方法。Arm lymphedema is a common and persistent complication of breast cancer surgery. Surgery or radiotherapy damages axillary lymphatic vessels and obstructs lymphatic reflux, leading to the accumulation of lymph fluid in the supeficial soft tissues of the upper limbs and the subsequent tbrmation of edema. Clinical treatment of breast cancer-related lymphedema remains a worldwide problem. Currently, there is still no cure.
