摘　　要：钼靶x线摄影诊断乳腺癌的诸多征象中，肿块和钙化是评价乳腺癌保乳手术的两个最常见也是最重要的指标。钼靶X线摄影的另一重要价值是对乳腺癌保乳治疗后的随访评价。在术后的X线征象中，钙化是乳腺癌保乳手术后残留或复发最重要的征象。Among the different x-ray features of breast carcinoma, mass and calcification are the most significant reference parameters in the screening and diagnosis of early carcinoma. Mammographic follow-up after conservation therapy is the other important value of mammography for breast carcinoma. Calcification is the most important sign to show residue or recurrence of conservation therapy.
