摘 要:头颈部肿瘤是严重威胁人类的主要肿瘤,约75%的头颈部肿瘤患者首次就诊时就已经处于晚期阶段,临床确诊时往往已经丧失手术时机,而放疗、化疗毒副作用很大,杀灭癌细胞的同时也杀灭人体正常的细胞,严重的还会导致骨髓抑制,将会影响机体自身的抗肿瘤能力,近年来为提高肿瘤治疗的有效率和患者的生存期,人们一直在探索新的治疗策略。随着肿瘤分子生物学,肿瘤免疫学以及细胞生物学等学科的迅猛发展推动下,生物治疗日益受到重视,显示出良好的应用前景,本文将对近年来针对头颈部肿瘤的生物治疗技术进行综述。Head and neck cancer is a serious threat for human.About 75% of cases are first diagnosed in the late stages and are consequently deemed unresectable. Chemotherapy and radiotherapy are effective, but often at the cost of side-effects during treatment. They can not only kill cancer cells, but also some normal cells in the process. And bone marrow suppression may occur and affect the antitumor immunity. Recent years numerous studies explored the new therapy method to increase the overall survival of patients.With the rapid development of tumor molecular biology、tumor immunology and cell biology,biological therapy has been brought to our attention and shows good prospect. The objectives of this article are to provide an overview of the currently biological therapies for head and neck cancer.
