摘 要:为了研究一些要素对高校教师从教行为演化路径的影响,采用演化博弈理论和方法建立了高校与教师行为交互的演化博弈模型,研究了决策参数变化对演化结果的影响,用数值仿真展示了高校和教师各自的成本、收益等参数的改变和初始条件的变化对演化结果的影响。研究发现:高校教师从教行为路径演化系统既可以向良好状态进化,也可以向不良状态演化,并形成"锁定";系统最终演化到哪种状态取决于各种策略下高校和教师的相对收益;通过参数调控可以优化高校教师从教行为的路径演化,诱导微观个体行为朝着良好的方向发展。In order to research the effect of some factors on evolutionary routes for teaching behavior of University,an evolutionary model is built in this paper,to show the interaction between the university and the teachers by adopting evolutionary game theory and method.The influence of variety of decision-making parameters on evolution results is discussed.The effect of variety of the costs and income of players,including university and its teachers,and the effect of changing initial condition on the evolution results are shown by numerical simulation.It is found that the system of evolutionary routes for university teachers' teaching behavior may not only evolve to good state,but also evolve to bad state,and forms "lock in";convergence state of the system is dependent on relative payment of various tactics between university and university teacher;through control of parameters,evolutionary routes for university teachers' teaching behavior can be optimized,and guide the behavior of individual making for the good direction.
