摘　　要：高职院校的考试是检验教学效果的一个重要手段，考试管理工作是高职院校教务管理的一项重要内容。受传统考试观念和考试管理模式一些弊端的影响，阻碍了高职院校人才培养质量的提高。本文首先全面总结了现阶段高职考试模式中的一些弊端，随后提出了改进这些弊端的一些方法，并结合三门具体的课程全面地分析了方法的必要性。examination is the important method to detecting teaching results, examination management is the important issue of teaching management in the high vocational colleges. Affected by the traditional examination concept and examination management mode＇s handicap, it＇s bad for improving of the training students quality in the high vocational colleges. This paper summarized the disadvantages of the examination methods of the vocational education and proposed the methods to change these disadvantages, lastly, through the three subjects, we analyze the necessity of our method.
