摘　　要：高校开展校务公开工作是推进依法治校，促进学校民主政治建设的重要途径。作者结合所在学院将校务公开贯穿在校务决策、管理、执行三个层面上，做到校务决策民主化，管理制度化，执行规范化方面的实践经验，就进一步推进和深化校务公开工作提出了要健全和完善领导体制和工作机制等几项措施。Giving publicity collegiate affairs to promote the Law School is the important way to construct democracy in school. Combination of affairs in the writers＇ college, it will be run through the school decision-making, management, implementation of the three levels to achieve the democratization of school decision-making, management, implementation＇s practical experience. The writer posed to improve the leadership system and working mechanis of a number of measures to further promote and deepen the work of giving publicity collegiate affairs.
