可摘义齿表面处理新材料的应用研究

摘　　要：目的　对紫外光固化义齿基托上光剂和紫外光固化机的应用研究，改革传统的抛光处理方法。方法　随机选择８０ 例患者对义齿基托表面进行上光处理和指标测定。结果　经１ 年随访，患者感觉舒适、美观、无异味，客观检查上光剂未见脱落，菌斑、色素沉积较少。Objective In order to study a new denture coating material and ultraviolet light curing machine applied on denture base plates.Methods Eighty cases were selected randomly,and the denture base plates were treated with the new coating material,then the targets were measured.Results During one-year following visit,the patients felt comfortable,beautiful and no peculiar smell.The base plates were examined and no coating material fell off.The deposit of plaque and pigment was less.Conclusion Appling coating material on denture base plate is a simple and convenient method,which can ensure the denture surface property.
