摘　　要：目的:深入分析乳腺癌病人诊疗过程中的心理体验与感受。方法:采用深度访谈法,对10例乳腺癌病人进行访谈,将资料进行编码、分类,并归纳、提炼出主题。结果:反映出乳腺癌病人的真实体验与感受的三个主题,分别为对癌症诊断的反应、心怀"希望"及负性情绪。结论:乳腺癌病人在诊疗过程中存在复杂的心理体验,临床护士需通过加强沟通和评估,制定针对性心理干预措施,以提高病人的心理健康水平及生活质量。Objective To explore the psychological experience of breast cancer patients in facing the process of diagnosis and treatment.Methods In-depth interview was held with 10 breast cancer patients.The interview transcripts were coded,classified and summarized.Three topics could be summerized from the content of the transcripts.Results Three topies of ideas could be generated with the interviews：＂The response to the diagnosis of cancer＂,＂The conception of hope＂ and ＂The conception of negative emotion＂.Conclusions Breast cancer patients could experience complex psychological ways of thinking in the process of diagnosis and treatment.Breast specialist nurses should pay more attention to communicating with patients and making the assessment.On these bases,nurses could develop ways to promote the mental health of patients and improve their quality of life.
