摘　　要：通过对2008年上海市医疗机构制剂的现状调查,分析其在开展临床再评价方面存在的问题和产生这些问题的原因,探讨合理、有序进行医疗机构制剂再评价的必要性和可行性,提高再评价重要性的认识,确保患者的用药安全。This paper explored the necessity and feasibility of hospital preparation revaluation based on the status survey of the medical institutions in Shanghai in 2008,in order to raise the awareness of the importance of hospital preparation revaluation and ensure the drug safety of patients.
