摘 要:高强韧耐磨铸钢经930℃×2h淬火(油淬)+240℃×2h回火+240℃×2h二次回火后,具有较高的强韧性,硬度≥54HRC,冲击韧度≥43J/cm2,组织为回火马氏体+少量的残余奥氏体。对热处理工艺优化后的耐磨钢在MMS-1G高温高速销盘摩擦磨损试验机上进行摩擦磨损性能研究,运用JSN-5610V扫描电镜分析磨损形貌。结果表明:在一定摩擦速度(50m/s)下,随着载荷的增加,磨损量明显增大,摩擦系数不断减少,表明载荷作用是影响试样钢磨损量的一个重要因素;在一定载荷(40N)作用下,磨损量随摩擦转速的提高先增大后减小,磨损转速在低载荷作用时对材料的磨损量影响不大。High strength-toughness and wear-resistant cast steel can have better strength,hardness and high toughness after quenching(oil quenching)at 930 ℃ × 2 h and tempering at 240 ℃×2 h.The hardness≥54 HRC,the toughness≥43 J/cm^2,the microstructure is martensite and residual austenite.After optimizing in heat treatment process of strength and toughness wear-resistance steel,the wear resistant performance was tested on the high temperature and high-speed abrasive wear-testing machine(MMS-1G).The evolution of worm morphology analysis was conducted by JSN-5610V SEM,the relationship and law of the weight loss and load was observed.The results showed that in the a certain speed(50 m/s),with the load increasing,the weight loss is increased greatly,however the friction coefficient is decreased.Applied load is the major influencing factor of weight loss.Under the certain load(40 N),with the increasing of speed,the weight loss is from increasing to decreasing,but under lower load the moving speed has little effect on weight loss.
