参麦注射液在蛛网膜下腔出血治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨参麦注射液对动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者血压的影响效果及对患者术后神经功能恢复的作用。方法:选取脑动脉瘤术后平均收缩压低于130mmHg的患者65例为研究对象,随机分为2组,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用40%参麦注射液静脉注射治疗7d。对照组采用常规疗法。对比参麦治疗组与对照组术后平均动脉压情况,手术前及术后第3d和7d的大脑中动脉流速经颅多普勒超声(Transcranial doppler,TCD)指标及格拉斯哥昏迷评分(Glasgow coma score,GCS),以及出院时格拉斯哥预后评分(Glasgow outcome scale,GOS)情况。结果:治疗组平均动脉压显著高于对照组,脑血管痉挛程度、意识障碍的恢复及预后情况均优于对照组。结论:参麦注射液可以通过升高脑动脉瘤患者术后的平均动脉压水平提高脑灌注压,促进脑功能恢复。Objective：To observe the effects of Shenmai Injection on the blood pressure and recovery of brain function for the aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage patients.Methods：According to below the level of systolic pressure at 130mmHg after clipping of the cerebral aneurysm,65 cases enrolled have been divide into two groups randomly,In addition to the routine treatment,Shenmai treatment group were intravenous injection of 40%Shenmai Injection for 7 days.We compared the mean arterial pressure,the index of middle cerebral artery by TCD and Glasgow coma score（GCS） between two groups before and on the 3st and 7rd day postoperative,also we compared Glasgow outcome scale（GOS） at discharge.Results：Shenmai Injection raised the blood pressure of treatment group,the degree of cerebral vasospasm,the GCS and GOS score of treatment group were better than control group.Conclusion：By raising the mean arterial pressure of postoperative patients of cerebral aneurysm,Shenmai Injection could raise cerebral perfusion pressure,improved the recovery of brain function.
