摘　　要：转移的发生是癌症患者死亡的主要原因。循环肿瘤细胞(CTC)存在于肿瘤患者的外周血中,在肿瘤的转移过程中居于重要地位,但因在外周血中CTC数量稀少,采用常规的细胞学方法难以检测。本文综述近年来外周血中CTC检测技术的研究现状,并进一步探讨在这一领域所面临的问题及对未来的展望。Metastasis is the most common cause of death in cancer patients.Circulating tumor cells（CTC） are essential for establishing metastasis and can be detected in the peripheral blood of patients with a variety of solid cancers.Because of very low frequency,these tumor cells are not easily detected using conventional cytology methods.This article reviews the most recent findings on this subject,and discusses the problems and prospects in this research area.
