摘　　要：目的研究肺腺癌中内皮抑素(ES)表达及其与淋巴管生成和淋巴结转移关系。方法免疫组化法检测54例肺腺癌组织中ES表达及肺腺癌组织微淋巴管密度(MLVD),分析ES表达与肺腺癌临床病理特征及MLVD关系。结果 ES在肺腺癌组织中表达强阳性率、阳性率分别为48%、24%,显著高于癌周正常肺组织;ES表达水平与肺癌原发肿瘤大小、P-TNM分期、细胞分化程度、有无远处转移均有密切关系(P<0.05),而与患者性别、年龄等均无关(P>0.05),与M IVD关系密切(P<0.05)。结论 ES在肺腺癌中表达,与肺腺癌淋巴管生成和淋巴结转移关系密切。Objective To explore the relationship between the expression of endostatin in lung adenocarcinoma and the lymphatic generation and metastasis by detect the expression of endostatin in lung adenocarcinoma and the micro-lymphatic vessel density（MLVD）.Methods The expression of endostatin in 54 lung adenocarcinoma cases was detected by immunohistochemistry to search the ＂hot point＂ on low power（×100）,and to count the number of lymphatic as MLVD on high power（×200）.Results ①The strong positive rate of endostatin expressed in lung adenocarcinoma was 48%,the positive rate of endostatin expressed in lung adenocarcinoma was 24%,which were significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues.②The expression of endostatin in lung adenocarcinoma had negative correlation with the size of primary tumors,distant metastasis and P-TNM stages（P0.05）,had correlation with grade of cell differentiation（P0.01）,had no significant relationship with the site of primary tumors,histological type,sexuality and age.Conclusions The expression of endostatin is higher in lung adenocarcinoma,and has negative correlation with LVD in lung adenocarcinoma and lymph node metastasis.
