摘　　要：目的:观察宫颈鳞癌组织中肽基脯氨酰顺反异构酶(Pin1)、β-连接素(β-catenin)的表达情况,探讨其关系及临床意义。方法:收集100例宫颈鳞癌标本作为观察组,60例正常宫颈组织标本作为对照组,应用免疫组织化学技术检测二组中Pin1和β-catenin的表达。结果:宫颈鳞癌中Pin1和β-catenin表达的阳性率明显高于正常宫颈组织,Pin1和β-catenin的表达与宫颈管浸润及淋巴结转移密切相关,宫颈鳞癌中Pin1和β-catenin的表达呈正相关。结论:Pin1和β-catenin在宫颈鳞癌的发生发展中具有重要作用,联合检测Pin1和β-catenin可能与宫颈鳞癌的预后密切相关。Objective：To detect the expressions of Pin1 and β-catenin in cervical squamous cell carcinoma,and investigate their relationship in neoplasm.Methods：The study included 100 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma as observation group,60 cases of chronic cervicitis tissues as control group.We analyzed their expressions of Pin1 and β-catenin in different pathological character by IHC methods.Results：The expressions of Pin1 and β-catenin were obviously higher in the observation group than in the control group.The expressions of Pin1 and β-catenin were associated with invasion and lymph node metastasis.There was positive relationship between Pin1 and β-catenin in neoplasm.Conclusions：The synergistic effect of Pin1 and β-catenin may involved in the development of cervical squamous cell carcinoma.The combined examination of Pin1 and β-catenin may be important prognostic indicator in cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
