摘 要:目的制备冬凌草甲素磷脂复合物,并研究其理化性质。方法溶剂挥发法制备冬凌草甲素磷脂复合物,差示扫描量热法研究复合物的热力学性质变化,X射线衍射分析研究冬凌草甲素在复合物中的存在状态,紫外-可见分光光度法验证是否有新化学键生成,显微镜检复合物在水中分散情况。结果磷脂复合物中冬凌草甲素熔点峰发生改变;冬凌草甲素在磷脂复合物中以无定型存在,晶体衍射峰消失;紫外-可见分光光度法分析显示无新化合物生成;显微镜镜检证实冬凌草甲素磷脂复合物在水中不稳定、易析出晶体。结论成功制备冬凌草甲素磷脂复合物,但是该系统在水中不稳定,不能单独作为冬凌草甲素的药物传递系统。Objective To prepare and characterize oridonin phospholipid complex.MethodsOridonin phospholipid complex was prepared by solvent evaporation.The thermodynamic properties of oridonin phospholipid complex were studied by differential scanning calorimetry.The state of oridonin in the complex was studied by X-ray diffraction.Whether new chemical bonds existed were studied by UV-VIS spectrophotometry.The dispersion of oridonin phospholipid complex in water was studied through observing crystals of oridonin by microscopy.ResultsThe peak of melting point changed in the DSC spectra.The crystallogram showed that oridonin dispersed in an amorphous form in phospholipid,meanwhile the peaks of crystal diffraction disappeared.There was no new chemical bonds appearance.The oridonin phospholipid complex was instable and could easily separate crystals out in water.ConclusionWe successfully prepare oridonin phospholipid complex,but the system is instable in water,so can not be used as drug delivery system for oridonin alone.
