摘 要:介绍了压敏涂料技术在实际应用中的一些经验,给出了在飞机机翼表面,压敏涂料技术与常规测压孔技术测量结果的比较得出:国产压敏涂料的性能优于进口产品,可替代进口产品;使用国产双分量压敏涂料的压敏涂料技术可用于型号研制压力测量试验。The Pressure Sensitive Paint(PSP) technique is one of the important pressure measurement techniques on model surface in wind tunnel test.With the help of PSP technique it is possible to measure pressure of the complex or special model surface that is very difficult in virtue of pressure taps measurements.This report presents the application method of PSP technique,the comparison test results between PSP technique using two-component PSP made in China and classic tap measurement technique on the wing surface of airplane model,showed that the performance of two-component pressure sensitive paint made in china is better than the imported ones and can be substituted for them.The PSP technique used two-component pressure sensitive paint made in china can be used to model pressure testing.
