摘　　要：本研究以凌文辁,方利洛编制的《中国员工组织承诺问卷》为研究工具,对59名湖南省武冈市基层国土资源工作者,进行问卷调查并在人口统计学变量上进行方差分析差异比较。调查结果表明,湖南基层国土资源部门公务员组织承诺以及规范承诺、感情承诺和理想承诺水平处于平均以上。男性基层工作者的理想承诺显著高于女性。59 Grassroots Workers from Bureau of Land and Resources in Wugang City, Hunan Province were tested with Questionnaire of Chinese Employees＇ Organizational Commitment of Ling Wenquan and Fang Lilou and compared it on variables in population statistics. The conclusions drawn by this investigation were the whole level of organizational commitment, normative commitment , affective commitment, ideal commitment of grassroots workers in Bureau of Land and Resources in Hunan province that were higher than median. The level of ideal commitment of male grassroots workers was higher than female.
