摘  要:目的:探索牙冠颈部建立引流孔的可行性。方法:选择因外伤、牙周病或正畸需要拔除的牙齿100个,在牙冠唇颊面颈中1/3钻两个小孔,插入已预处理的小儿头皮静脉输液针进行牙髓腔冲洗,观察钻孔成功情况。结果:38个前牙钻孔成功率达100.0%;30个双尖牙28个成功,成功率为93.3%;32个磨牙22个成功,成功率为68.8%。小儿头皮静脉输液针与钻孔匹配,有一定阻力感但能顺利插入钻孔。结论:牙冠唇颊面颈中1/3建立引流孔基本可行。Objective:To investigate feasibility of pinhole drilled in dental cervix of crown of tooth.Methods:A total of 100 extracted teeth due to trauma or periodontal disease or dental orthopaedics were selected for this study.Two pinholes were drilled in middle 1/3 dental cervix of buccal labial surface of crown of tooth,infant transfusion needle processed was inserted into pinhole and pulp chamber was irrigated immediately.The success rate was observed.Results:Success rate was 100.0% in front teeth(incisor and canines);28 of 30 premolar succeed accounting for 93.3%;22 of 32 molar succeed accounting for 68.8%.The infant transfusion needle matched and contacted tightly with pinhole.It was inserted into the pinhole smoothly.Conclusions:It is feasible to drill pinhole in the middle 1/3 dental cervix of buccal labial surface of crown of tooth.
