摘 要:为了深入分析项目计划和执行过程中的拖延行为,研究不同类型行为人在不同情景下的行为差异,以项目经理时间偏好不一致假设和自我约束为理论基础,设计实验方案并进行统计分析。研究发现:国内项目经理群体存在不同程度的时间偏好不一致现象,并在不同情景下呈现出不同的行为选择。通过激励强度、频度的设计以及进度计划的弹性设计能够有效引导项目参与者的行为;通过学习不断积累经验、加强职业素养,可以有效减少拖延行为,提高自我约束能力,保障项目的及时完工。Procrastination is a common behavior,mainly in project settings.Only a few studies have analyzed the associations of academic procrastination with the employees in real project.In the present work,we analyze the impact of behavior variables on real project procrastination profiles.The findings reveal that the degrees of procrastination are variant,with different control variables in different scenarios.Differences in the steepness of discounting can consequently differentiate between project managements.We demonstrate that appropriate strategies will decrease such phenomena by proper intensity and frequency in incentive design and schedule flexibility.Moreover,learning and accumulated experience will enhance professionalism and help the project participants to reduce delays and improve their ability of self-restraint effectively.
