摘 要:有效地提取故障特征向量,找到故障敏感因子是进行液压泵故障诊断的关键。采集轴向柱塞泵松靴、滑靴磨损、斜盘磨损以及中心弹簧失效等故障情况下的端盖振动信号,通过包络解调得到各故障的包络信号,在此基础上利用幅值域无量纲特征指标对每种故障进行敏感性分析,找到了各故障的无量纲敏感因子。为液压泵的故障诊断提供了可靠的敏感特征信息,增加了故障特征信息的完备性,对提高故障诊断系统的故障确诊率具有重要的意义。It is critical for fault diagnosis to extract the feature vector of fault signal effectively and to find the sensitive factors. Therefore, a series of vibration signals are collected at pump end cover under some faults, such as loose slipper, slipper wear, sloping cam plate wear plate and the center spring failure, etc. Then, envelope signals are obtained by means of envelope demodulation; next, the sensitivity analysis of every fault have been processed on the basis of amplitude domain dimensionless characteristic indexes so as to find a dimensionless sensitivity factor. Altogether, the method provides reliable sensitive feature information, increases the completeness of fanlt information and plays an important role in improving the confirmed diagnosis rate of fault diagnosis system.
