摘　　要：为了设计DL医院临床科室绩效考评指标体系,在文献复习的基础上,通过组织专家反复讨论,制定了课题的总体研究思路。提出了在构建临床科室绩效考评体系时,要注重营造绩效环境;考评结果要得到医院管理层、专家和临床科室的基本认可。To design performance evaluation indicator system of clinical departments in the DL hospital,through organizing experts to discuss time and again,a general study idea is designed,based on the literature review.It is important to create performance environment during establishing clinical department performance evaluation system;and the evaluation result will be accredited by experts generally.
