摘　　要：本文以钢铁行业上市公司为研究对象,对我国钢铁行业上市公司的资本结构特征和影响因素进行了实证分析,以期对钢铁行业上市公司选择合适的资本结构提供经验证据,为其理性成长作出启示。The paper makes an empirical analysis on the characteristics and the main factors influencing the capital structure of listed companies according to the sample data of listed companies in steal industry.The purpose is to provide useful data and experiences for the listed companies in steal industry.
