摘　　要：实验室开放是提高学员动手能力与创新能力的重要途径,对于培养学员的岗位任职能力具有十分重要的作用。本文介绍了航材保障训练中心的建设目标及实现的功能,同时阐述了开放实验室的含义及有效措施。Opening laboratory is a main approach to improve students＇s using hands and innovative ability and is of importance to cultivate students＇s post serve.This passage not only introduces the goal and function of the aviation equipment safeguard training center but also discusses the meanings and effective measures of the opening laboratory.
