摘　　要：随着电力体制改革的不断深化,电力多种经营企业依靠或依赖主业获得市场和利润的局面将被改变。电力多种经营企业面临着自身的诸多问题和改革难点,因而需要采取不同的策略进行资源、业务和产业结构的调整,并改革用人机制,建立现代企业制度,以此增强参与市场竞争的能力,实现自身的稳定长久发展。With the continuous deepening of power system reform,the situation of power multi-industry companies＇ relying on main business to gain the market and profits will be changed.Power multi-industry enterprises are facing many own problems and reform difficulties.Therefore,various strategies will be adopted to conduct the resource,business and industrial structure adjustment.At the same time,the employment system will be changed and the modern enterprise system be built to strengthen the ability to participate in the market competition to realize its long-term stable development.
