民间体育赛事促进乡镇、街道社区和谐发展的实证研究

摘　　要：和谐社区是和谐社会的基石,民间体育赛事是和谐社区建设新的支点。民间体育赛事促进乡镇、街道社区政治、经济、文化、社会诸方面的和谐发展,主要表现在:推进民主管理,提高基层政府公信力;融合外来人口,维护社区稳定;引导健康生活方式,增加社区人力资本;促进旅游相关行业,提供就业机会;弘扬传统文化,促进中外交流;树立社区形象,增强凝聚力等。民间体育赛事应依托传统文化,精心策划,打造品牌,在促进乡镇、街道社区和谐发展方面发挥更大的作用。Using methods of literature review, interview, questionnaire and field study, the present paper explored the role of folk sports in promoting the harmonious political, economical, cultural and social development in villages, towns and street communities. The findings showed that folk sports events can promote the democratic management and raise the credibility of grassroots government; boost tourism related industries and provide employment opportunities; carry forward traditional culture and enhance cross cultural communications; establish community image and intensify community cohesion. Folks sports events should rely on traditional culture and elaborate planning to establish its brands and shoulder greater responsibility in promoting the harmonious development of villages, towns and street communities.
