摘　　要：采用文献资料、专家访谈等研究方法,对上海市竞技体育后备人才资源现状进行分析。提出:实施"体育学校化"的竞技体育后备人才培养策略;优化"选才—育才—成才"项目培养体系;采用"自我、联合、委托"三位一体的竞技体育后备人才培养模式;打造"高学历、高水平、高素质"的教练员队伍。Using methods of literature review and expert interview, the present research analyzed the current situation of reserve talents of competitive sports in Shanghai. It proposed the ＂ schooling sports ＂ strategy, the optimized ＂ selection-- cultivation--success ＂ system and the ＂ self-collaborated- entrusted＂ trinity pattern for cultivating reserve talents of competitive sports and suggested forging a coaching team with ＂high education, high proficiency and high quality＂.
