摘  要:以尿素和硝酸镱分别作为氮源和镱源,用溶胶-凝胶法制备氮、镱共掺杂TiO2光催化剂。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能量分散X射线能谱(EDX)等分析手段表征产品结构和光学性能。考察了光照时间、pH、催化剂中含氮摩尔百分量等因素对光催化降解生活污水的影响。结果表明,经紫外光照射4h,体系的pH=4、氮与钛的摩尔百分比为3时,对生活污水的光降解效果最好,COD去除率可达79.6%,色度去除率达到100%。Nitrogen and ytterbium co-doped TiO2 photocatalysts were prepared by sol-gel method with urea and nitrate ytterbium as the nitrogen and ytterbium sources,respectively. The product structure and optical properties were characterized by various techniques including X-ray diffraction (XRD),fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR),scanning electron microscopy (SEM),and energy-dispersive X-ray spectrometer (EDX). The influencing factors on the degradation of domestic sewage such as initial pH value,the light irradiation time and the contents nitrogen etc in the photocatalysis system were investigated. The optimal degradation effect could achieved when initial pH was 4 and nitrogen content was 3 mol%,the COD removal rate was 79.6% and the chroma removal rate was 100% after UV light irradiation for 4 h.
