摘　　要：目的探讨牙周炎与全身健康状况的关系。方法选择2008年度来我院健康体检中心做健康体检的所有30～70岁的人员共5769名作为研究对象,按照体检中有无牙周炎作为标准,将研究对象分为实验组(牙周炎组,共2007名)及对照组(非牙周炎组,共3762名),比较2组人群的体检结果,发现牙周炎发生的危险因素。结果牙周炎的发生和年龄、高血压、高脂血症、脂肪肝、异常心电图有相关性(P<0.05),其中年龄、吸烟史、高血脂、心电图异常是牙周炎的危险因素。牙周炎在不同性别中的发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),随年龄的增加牙周炎的发生率明显增高(P<0.05);2组相比,牙周炎组人群伴发高血压、高血脂、眼底动脉硬化、脂肪肝、糖尿病、异常心电图、肥胖等症的发生率均高于非牙周炎组(P<0.05);在去除年龄、性别、吸烟史等混杂因素的影响,高血压、高血脂症、眼底动脉硬化、脂肪肝、糖尿病、异常心电图、肥胖的发生均和牙周炎有关(P<0.05)。结论牙周炎和多种疾病之间具有相关性。Objective To investigate the correlation between periodontitis and general health. Methods 5769 cases, who came to our hospital for physical check-up aged from 30 to 60 in 2008, were collected. All samples were divided into two groups ： experimental group （periodontitis group, with 2007 samples） and control group （non-peri- odontitis group, with 3762 samples）. Data of both groups were compared to explore the risk factors of periodontitis. Results The occurrence of periodontitis was related with age, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, fatty liver and the abnor- mal electrocardigraph（ECG） patterns （P〈0.05）, among which, age, smoking history, hyperlipemia and abnormal ECG pattern were risk factors of periodontitis. The incidence of periodontitis had no statistical difference between both genders （P〉0.05）, and the incidence increased with age increased （P〈0.05）. Incidences of hypertension, hyperlipidemia, eyeground arteriosclerosis, fatty liver, diabetes mellitus, abnormal ECG pattern and obesity in periontitis group were all higher than those in non-periodontitis group （P〈0.05）. The incidences of hypertension, hyperlipidemia, eyeground arteriosclerosis, fatty liver, diabetes mellitus, the abnormal ECG pattern and obesity were all related to periodontitis except for interference of confounding factors such as age, gender and smoking history （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Periodontitis is correlated with systemic diseases.
