子宫内膜癌中CYP1A1，CYP1B1及COMT mRNA的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：[目的]探讨细胞色素P450酶（CYP）1A1, 1B1和儿茶酚-O-甲基转移酶（COMT） mRNA的表达与子宫内膜癌发生发展的关系.[方法]采用RT-PCR方法检测48例子宫内膜癌患者和53例健康对照个体的外周血淋巴细胞中CYP1A1,CYP1B1和COMT mRNA的表达.[结果]子宫内膜癌患者外周血淋巴细胞中CYP1A1,CYP1B1 mRNA的表达明显增高,经Logistic回归分析后, CYP1B1 mRNA的高表达能增加子宫内膜癌的发病风险,进一步分析显示Ⅱ期子宫内膜癌CYP1B1 mRNA的表达高于Ⅰ期患者,差异具有显著性意义.[结论]外周血淋巴细胞中CYP1B1 mRNA的高表达与子宫内膜癌的发生发展密切相关.[Objective] To explore the relationship between the expression of cytochrome P4501A1 （CYP1 A1）, 1B1 （CYP1B1） and catechol O-methyltransferase （COMT） mRNA and the genesis and develop- ment of endometrial cancer. [Methods] The mRNA expression of CYPIA1, 1B1 and COMT in peripheral blood lymphocytes in 48 endometrial cancer patients and 53 healthy controls were measured by reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction（RT-PCR）. [Results] Compared with healthy controls, the mRNA expres sion level of CYP1A1, 1B1 and COMT increased significantly in peripheral blood lymphocytes in endometrial cancer patients. Logistic regression analysis showed that the high expression of CYP1B1 mRNA could increase the onset risk of endometrial cancer. And further analysis showed that the expression of CYPIB1 mRNA in phase II endometrial cancer was higher than that in phase I endometrial cancer, and there was significant difference. [Conclusion]The higher expression of CYP1B1 mRNA in peripheral blood leukocytes has close correlation with the genesis and development of endometrial cancer.
