摘　　要：目的探讨鼻咽癌放疗后严重鼻出血的救治措施。方法分析14例鼻咽癌放疗后严重鼻出血患者的临床资料。结果 12例经治疗达到止血目的,2例抢救失败死亡。结论及时合理使用各种止血措施和必要的预防处理是提高鼻咽癌放疗后严重鼻出血抢救成功率的关键。Objective To evaluate the rescue of severe epistaxis after radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods Fourteen patients with severe epistaxis after radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal cacinoma were analyzed retrospectively.Results The bleeding was cured in 12 patients and 2 patients died.Conclusion The key factors in rescue of epistaxis after radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma associated with the choice of first-line treatment and chance of prophylactic treatment.
