热轧润滑技术在H型钢生产中的应用

摘　　要：莱钢在大型H型钢生产线精轧机组万能轧机上应用了润滑轧制技术,润滑喷射设备包括油箱、泵站、混合器、PLC、相配套的仪表仪器以及机内的基座和喷嘴,采用油水在管路中搅拌均匀后混喷到轧辊上的润滑给油方式。润滑液通过燃烧后的"残炭"、形成高温高压"气垫"及"润滑膜"的形式起润滑作用。应用表明,轧辊的磨损量减低了27%,H型钢的产量提高了24%,且表面质量明显改善。Laiwu Steel applied lubrication-rolling technology in the universal mills of large H-beam production line finishing train.The lubricant system consisted of tank,pumping stations,mixer,PLC,relevant instrumentation equipment matched the base of the machine and nozzles.The oil lubrication manner was that the even mixture of oil and water being stirred in the pipe sprayed on the rolls.The lubricating was through three forms,that is,formed＂residual carbon＂after lubricant combustion,high temperature and pressure＂air cushion＂and the lubricating film.Applications showed that the roll wear rate was reduced by 27%,the output of the H-beam was increased by 24% and the surface quality was improved clearly.
