摘  要:目的比较分析药对枳实-生姜与其单味药枳实和生姜的挥发油成分。方法用气相色谱-质谱法分离检测药对枳实-生姜及其单味药的挥发油成分,并采用交互移动窗口因子分析法(AMWFA)对其共有组分进行比较分析。结果分别定性了枳实、生姜、药对枳实-生姜挥发油成分45,59和74种,分别占总含量的88.39%、87.60%、83.72%。结论药对枳实-生姜挥发油组分主要来自于单味药生姜,而单味药挥发油组分的含量在药对中发生了变化。Objective To analyse the volatile constituents in herbal pair(HP) Citrus Auruntium Fructus-Zingiber Officinale Roscoe(CAF-ZOR) and its single herbs.Methods Analysis of common volatile constituents in herbal pair(HP) and its single herbs was performed by the method of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) and alternative moving window factor analysis(AMWFA).Results 45,59 and 74 volatile chemical components in volatile oil of CAF,ZOR and HP CAF-ZOR were separately determined qualitatively,accounting for 88.39%,87.60% and 83.72% total contents of volatile oil of CAF,ZOR and HP CAF-ZOR,respectively.Conclusion Most of the volatile constituents in HP CAF-ZOR come from the single herb ZOR,and the contents of volatile constituents in single herbs altered in herbal pair.
